Nayan Vemula built Actionary as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Nayan Vemula at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service. If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information is not collected by the Service. I can’t access your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Actionary doesn’t collect any personal data. Actionary uses iCloud to store your data privately and securely so that only you can see your private data. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way. The app does not use any third party services that collect your data.

Service Providers

I don’t employ any third-party companies and individuals to bring this Service. I want to inform users of this Service that Actionary and third parties have no access to your Personal Information.

Security

The Service doesn’t require an account to use. The Service uses iCloud to store user’s data privately and securely so only the user can see their data. The user’s data is not stored in Actionary's servers.

Children’s Privacy

This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not collect personally identifiable information from any user and that includes children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided the app with personal information, I ask them to delete the app data from iCloud. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the app with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to guide you to do the necessary actions as I can’t access the data.
